On arrival into Helsinki International Airport, meet your Tour Leader and proceed to Hotel for Check-in. Later proceed for City tour. Evening free at leisure. Later Dinner and Overnight in Helsinki.

Day 2 OVERNIGHT TRAIN TO ROVANIEMI

After breakfast depart to Helsinki Pier to board your ferry to Tallin(Capital of Estonia). On arrival into Tallin meet local guide and proceed for guided walking tour of Tallin old town. Later proceed to Helsinki to board on beautiful overnight train to Rovaniemi. Dinner and Overnight in Train.

Day 3 ROVANIEMI

After breakfast, check-out and board flight to Rovaniemi. After arrival to Rovaniemi, we visit Santa Claus Village where we will meet the Original Santa Claus and get a chance to click photo with Santa Claus. Evening check in at the hotel. Dinner and Overnight in Rovaniemi.

Day 4 ROVANIEMI

After breaktast, Embark on a once-in-a-lifetime cruise through the frozen waters of the Bothnian Sea in Lapland on an Icebreaker P.weri flotation survival suit and explore the vessel. Enjoy i experience of Icebreaker Cruise. Later proceed back to Rovaniemi. Dinner and Overnight in Rovaniemi.

Travel Tips & Remarks

INR 1,00,000/- non refundable deposit at the time of booking
Passport copies and PAN Card Copies along with necessary documents should be submitted at the time of Booking

The passport should be valid for at least next 6 months from the return date of travel.
Hotels are subject to change depending upon flight schedule & availability.
If it is high season or any International event than surcharge will be applicable.
Hotel's cancellation will be strictly as per their Rules & Regulations.
The refund amount will be given by way of post-dated cheque (60 days) from the departure date after deducting the cancellation charges.
No claim for Baggage Loss (Need to do all the formalities locally there).
Check in time of Hotel is 15:00 hours / Check out time is 12:00 noon. No guarantee of early check in & late checkout. Double Bed is no guaranteed. If you require the room prior to the standard check in time, the room must reserved from the previous night. Any damages caused to the hotel rooms / Coach during your stay, shall be payable by the passengers. Foram Worldwide will not be liable for the same.
The Company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, injury, accident, death, breakdown, or irregularity, which may occur in carrying out the toura arrangement, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine and any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expense must be borne by the passengers. Foram Worldwide is not responsible for any breakdown of vehicle or delay in flights, etc. Once the Airlines, hotels & restaurants for meals booked cannot be changed at any circumstances, any change done is at your own risk by paying the difference.
All the services are pre-paid & no refund will be given for any changes done or any unused portion of the tour due to whatsoever reason. On free day no services will be provided untila requested or committed. No refund will be given if any sightseeing is missed due to delay in a flight, vehicle breakdown or any natural calamity. Any complains pertaining to hotels, cruise, transfers, restaurants, sightseeing, etc. need to be intimated on the spot either to local agenta or to our office to resolve in the best possible way; after arrival no complains will be entertained.
Group will operate with minimum 30 pax travelling together.
ROE will be XE.com + INR 1.30 during the balance payment. Hotels mentioned the brochure are subject to availability, if case any changes then similar category of hotel shalla be provided. Internal Flight Baggage allowance is strictly 15 Kgs per person.
