Day Wise Itinerary

Day 1 TOKYO

TOKYO

Welcome to Japan, known as the Land of the Rising Sun. Upon your arrival, our representative will meet you after you've collected your baggage. You'll then board a coach and head to Meiji Shrine (entrance fee is included), followed by a visit to Shinjuku Garden, a beautiful spot for cherry blossoms, and the famous Shibuya Crossing. After enjoying lunch, you'll proceed to the hotel for check-in. The rest of the day is free for you to relax and explore at your leisure.You'll have dinner and spend the night in Tokyo.(D)

Day 2 TOKYO

TOKYO

After enjoying your breakfast, you'll embark on a full-day Tokyo City Tour. This exciting tour includes visits to Ueno Park, a fantastic cherry blossom spot. You'll also get to see the Imperial Palace from the outside and take in the breathtaking views from the Tokyo Sky Tree at a height of 450 meters.

Following lunch, your next stop will be the Asakusa Temple and Nakamise Shopping Street. This is a great opportunity for some shopping and cultural exploration. Later you'll have free time to shop and explore at your own pace.

The day will conclude with a delicious dinner, and you'll spend the night in Tokyo. (B/L/D)

Day 3 TOKYO

TOKYO

Following breakfast, you'll embark on a scenic drive, passing by the Rainbow Bridge and the Statue of Liberty. You'll also have the chance to experience the captivating 3D Team Lab.

After a satisfying lunch, you'll enjoy a relaxing Sumida River Cruise. Following the cruise, you'll have some free time to indulge in shopping.

The day will conclude with a delightful dinner, and you'll spend the night in Tokyo. (B/L/D)

Day 4 TOKYO - HAKONE

TOKYO - HAKONE

After having breakfast, you'll make your way to the departure point for the Mt. Fuji & Hakone tour. You'll have the opportunity to visit the 5th station of Mt. Fuji, though this depends on the weather conditions.

Following a satisfying lunch, your journey continues to the Mt. Komagatake Ropeway, with a stop at (Owakudani and Togendai).

You'll also get to experience a scenic Lake Ashi Cruise, taking you from (Togendai to Hakone Machi). Finally, you'll proceed to Hakone and check-in at your hotel.

The day will conclude with a delightful dinner, and you'll spend the night in Hakone. (B/L/D)

Day 5 NAGOYA

After breakfast, you'll check out of your current location and make your way to Nagoya. Upon arrival, you'll have the opportunity to enjoy the Nagoya City Tour, which includes a visit to the Toyota Car Museum. After a satisfying lunch, your next stop will be the Maglev Train Museum.

Following these exciting tours, you'll proceed to your hotel for check-in.

The day will conclude with a delicious dinner, and you'll spend the night in Nagoya. (B/L/D)

Day 6 KYOTO

KYOTO

After enjoying breakfast, it's time to check out and make your way to Kyoto. Upon arrival in Kyoto, your first stop will be the Nijo Castle. After a delightful lunch, you'll have the opportunity to experience Japanese Tea Making, followed by some free time to explore the Gion Corner Area.

The day will conclude with a delightful dinner, and you'll spend the night in Kyoto. (B/L/D)

Day 7 KYOTO

After breakfast, you'll embark on a Kyoto City Tour, beginning with a visit to the beautiful Fushimi Inari Taisha, known as a cherry blossom spot. Following that, you'll explore the enchanting Arashiyama Bamboo Forest.

After a satisfying lunch, your next stop will be the Kinkaku Ji Temple, another renowned cherry blossom spot.

The day will conclude with a delightful dinner, and you'll spend the night in Kyoto. (B/L/D)

Day 8 OSAKA

OSAKA

After breakfast, you'll make your way to Osaka. Upon arrival, you'll have the opportunity to enjoy a city tour, which includes visiting the Osaka Castle, a famous cherry blossom spot, and take a photo stop at Osaka Ferris Wheel. After a satisfying lunch, you'll explore the Osaka Aquarium and the Umeda Sky Tower.

Later in the day, you'll have some free time for shopping in the vibrant Shinsaibashi.

Day 9 KOBE

After breakfast, you'll head to Shin-Kobe Station to board a bullet train bound for Hiroshima. Upon arrival in Hiroshima, you'll visit the Peace Memorial Park, a notable cherry blossom spot, as well as the Atomic Dome and Museum. After a satisfying lunch, your journey will continue to Miyajima Island, where you'll explore the Itsukushima Shrine, another beautiful cherry blossom spot. After enjoying your breakfast, it's time to check-out from your hotel in Kobe. Your next destination is Kobe Harborland, where you can take in the scenic views and perhaps do some last-minute shopping or exploration in this waterfront area (subject to your flight timings).Following your visit to Kobe Harborland, you will be transferred to the airport, ensuring you have ample time to complete any necessary travel procedures. From the airport, you will board your flight, marking the end of your memorable journey, and you'll be heading back to Mumbai. (B)

  • INR 1,00,000/- non refundable deposit at the time of booking.
  • Original passport along with necessary documents should be submitted 60 days prior to the departure date.
  • Balance payment 40 Days prior.

  • The passport should be valid for at least next 6 months from the return date of travel.
  • As per group timings only 1 group transfer will be provided.
  • Hotels are subject to change depending upon flight schedule & availability.
  • If it is high season or any International event than surcharge will be applicable.
  • Hotel’s cancellation will be strictly as per their Rules & Regulations.
  • The refund amount will be given by way of post-dated cheque (60 days) from the departure date after deducting the cancellation charges.
  • No claim for Baggage Loss (Need to do all the formalities locally there).
  • Check in time of Hotel is 15:00 hours / Check out time is 12:00 noon. No guarantee of early check in & late checkout. Double Bed is no guaranteed. If you require the room prior to the standard check in time, the room must be reserved from the previous night. Any damages caused to the hotel rooms / Coach during your stay, shall be payable by the passengers. Foram Worldwide will not be liable for the same.
  • The Company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, injury, accident, death, breakdown, or irregularity, which may occur in carrying out the tour arrangement, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine and any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expense must be borne by the passengers. Foram Worldwide is not responsible for any breakdown of vehicle or delay in flights, etc. Once the Airlines, hotels & restaurants for meals booked cannot be changed at any circumstances, any change done is at your own risk by paying the difference.
  • All the services are pre-paid & no refund will be given for any changes done or any unused portion of the tour due to whatsoever reason. On free day no services will be provided until requested or committed. No refund will be given if any sightseeing is missed due to delay in flight, vehicle breakdown or any natural calamity. Any complains pertaining to hotels, cruise, transfers, restaurants, sightseeing, etc. need to be intimated on the spot either to local agent or to our office to resolve in the best possible way; after arrival no complains will be entertained.
  • Group will operate with minimum 25 pax travelling together.
  • ROE will be XE.com + INR 1.30 during the balance payment. Hotels mentioned in the brochure are subject to availability, if case any changes then similar category of hotel shall be provided. Internal Flight Baggage allowance is strictly 15 Kgs per person.
