Upon arrival to Buffalo Airport you will be greeted by our In-House Tour Manager. Later, check in at your Hotel. (Please note check in time is at 3pm). Proceed for Maid of the Mist Boat Ride then check-in at the hotel. Rest of the day free at leisure. After dinner take a leisure walk towards the falls to view the illumination at the falls. (B/L/D)

Morning free-time to enjoy the beautiful weather. Also enjoy at the top of Mammoth Mountain with Gondola Ride. Check-out by 11 am and proceed to the entertainment capital of the World - Las Vegas. Our hotel stay is on the famous Vegas Strip which is easier for you to Walk and explore the STRIP and enjoy nightlife. Upon arrival proceed for the Orientation Tour. Photo-stop at Las Vegas Sign and later proceed to Fremont Street. Fremont Street is the city's actual birthplace, famous for block after block of the city's most iconic neon signs and marquees adorning some of Las Vegas' first casinos, like Binion's Horseshoe, the Golden Nugget, the Pioneer Club, and many more.   • Payments to be made in favor of: "FORAM WORLDWIDE HOSPITALITY".
  • Booking Deposit: INR 1,00,000/- (Non-refundable) at the time of booking.
  • Document Submission: Original passport and necessary documents to be submitted 60 days prior to departure.
  • Balance Payment: To be completed 40 days prior to departure.
  • Taxes: 5% GST (mandatory). TCS: 5% for spends under INR 7 Lakhs. 20% for spends above INR 7 Lakhs.
  • Passport Validity: Passports must be valid for at least six months from the return date of travel.
  • Group Size for Maharaj Services:Maharaj services will be provided only if a minimum of 30 passengers are traveling together.
  • Hotel Accommodation: Hotels are subject to change based on flight schedules and availability. Room allocations are at the hotel’s discretion, and specific requests (e.g., adjacent rooms, same floor, or specific views) cannot be guaranteed.
  • Sightseeing & Activity Changes: Any cancellations or changes to sightseeing or activities (e.g., Helicopter tours, Gondola rides) due to weather conditions or operational issues will not qualify for alternative arrangements.
  • Vehicle and Flight Issues:Foram Worldwide is not responsible for vehicle breakdowns or flight delays.
  • High-Season Surcharge: Additional charges may apply during high seasons or international events.
  • Hotel Cancellation Policies: Hotel cancellations will adhere strictly to the respective hotel’s policies.
  • Refund Process: Refunds will be issued via post-dated cheques (60 days from departure) after deducting cancellation charges.
  • Baggage Loss or Damage: Passengers must handle baggage loss or damage claims locally. Foram Worldwide is not liable for such incidents.
  • Hotel Check-In/Out: Standard hotel check-in time is 16:00, and check-out is 11:00 noon. Early check-ins or late check-outs are not guaranteed and may require booking the room for the previous night. Double beds are not guaranteed.
  • Credit Cards: Kindly carry credit card as some hotels may ask for damage deposit and accept credit card only.
